We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our digital marketing services sales team As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and overseeing the entire sales process Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and quotas Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Client Acquisition Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting networking and lead generation activities Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing services Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients Team Management Recruit hire and train a high-performing sales team Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop sales team members Foster a positive and cooperative work environment Market Analysis Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges Adapt sales strategies to meet evolving market demands Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales preferably in a B2B environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO PPC social media marketing and content marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Job Type Full-Time Work Location Indore Work From Office Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 350 000 00 per month Work Location In person
