About the Role Full-Time Ahmedabad We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Senior HR Admin Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations administration and office management You will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth administrative operations Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding Maintain employee records attendance leaves personal information in both physical and digital formats Assist with payroll preparation and support basic HR documentation offer letters appointment letters etc Handle office administration tasks including vendor management inventory control and facility management Organize employee engagement activities trainings and internal events Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and statutory requirements Support HR initiatives such as performance management and employee welfare programs Manage communication with external partners recruitment agencies vendors etc Handle travel arrangements meetings and other administrative duties as assigned Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree BBA MBA in HR preferred 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles Strong knowledge of HR processes basic labor laws and office administration Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and HR software preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Self-motivated proactive and detail-oriented Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Ahmedabad If interested kindly share your details on Job Type Full-time Pay 17 395 50 - 44 270 97 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work from home
