We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities ensure work quality manage labor teams and coordinate with engineers and project managers The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction site supervision and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and ensure project progress as per schedule Coordinate with site engineers contractors and workers to ensure effective workflow Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and quality standards Monitor labor attendance material usage and work progress on site Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance Assist in planning daily work targets and report progress to the Project Manager Resolve on-site issues promptly and maintain smooth execution of work Maintain site documentation including work logs checklists and material records Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering preferred Minimum 4 years of experience in construction site supervision residential commercial projects Strong understanding of construction processes drawings and safety standards Good communication and team management skills Ability to handle multiple teams and coordinate with different departments Willingness to work on-site and manage field operations Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
