Position Spoken English Trainer Location Bhubaneswar About Lighthouse Communities Foundation Lighthouse Communities Foundation is a non-profit organization working to transform lives through skill development and livelihood opportunities for underserved youth Our holistic approach is powered by a strong public-private partnership creating lasting socio-economic change across cities and communities in India Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Spoken English Trainer to deliver engaging impactful training in English at our Lighthouse center in Odisha The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching a student-first approach and the ability to build rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality classroom sessions in Spoken English to enhance students job readiness Conduct regular student assessments and track learning outcomes Provide one-on-one mentorship and feedback to support individual student growth Share timely updates and training progress reports with the Master Trainer Collaborate with the team to improve teaching methodologies and materials Maintain accurate training records and reports Support other team members and Lighthouse activities as needed Preferred Qualifications Skills Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training preferably in English Strong command of spoken and written English Excellent presentation facilitation and classroom management skills Comfortable managing a batch of 25-30 students Energetic empathetic and able to connect well with youth from diverse communities Solid interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to youth development and social transformation Basic digital literacy and ability to teach digital skills How to Apply Interested candidates should email their resume to careers lighthousecommunities org Please mention Spoken English - Bhubaneswar in the subject line Note Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
