Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted facility operations at the Blue Dart Centre including power water and infrastructure management The role focuses on preventive maintenance contingency planning and upkeeping the workplace environment to support business continuity and employee safety Job Purpose To ensure reliable and safe operations of all facility services by implementing robust maintenance practices monitoring utilities and proactively addressing risks The role supports zero downtime compliance with safety standards and readiness with contingency measures to safeguard business operations Key Roles Responsibilities Facility OperationsEnsure 100 availability of power and water supply with appropriate genset backup Track and manage consumption data for utilities Maintain records of stock equipment and facility usage Preventive Planned MaintenanceCarry out regular system health checks and planned maintenance as per schedule Ensure preventive actions are implemented to avoid downtime Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely upkeep Business Continuity SafetyDevelop and implement contingency plans for critical services power lifts water Maintain high standards of safety and security to ensure zero fire incident reports at the Centre Conduct routine inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance Facility UpkeepEnsure proper housekeeping and maintenance of infrastructure Monitor and maintain facility equipment tools and stock levels Support operational readiness of the Centre to avoid disruptions Reporting CompliancePrepare and maintain detailed maintenance logs and consumption reports Provide updates on incidents corrective actions and preventive measures Ensure adherence to organizational policies and audit requirements Qualifications Experience EducationCandidate Must be ITI NCVT - Electrician PWD License holder Basic Computer course ExperienceBuilding Operation Maintenance Facility Management Industry relevant experience Candidate Must be with 4-6 Years experience in maintenance field trouble shooting of MEP AC services Multi skilled Technician for repair maintenance They perform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards Basic Computer Knowledge for email Excel MS Word etc Skills Capabilities Technical SkillsCandidate Must be with 4-6 Years experience in maintenance field trouble shooting of MEP services PWD License Holder Basic Computer Knowledge for email Excel MS Word etc Behavioural CompetenciesDetail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability Results-focused with effective time management skills Collaborative proactive and resilient in managing critical situations Clear and confident communicator Key Performance Indicators Power Water Management -
