At Wiselife India s first yoga brand we re on a mission to make yoga and wellness accessible inspiring and a part of everyday living As a Procurement Executive you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach our customers with the highest standards of quality and reliability We re looking for someone who can combine sharp negotiation skills with a deep sense of responsibility a professional who can scout innovative products build robust vendor relationships and manage inventory with efficiency ultimately helping us deliver excellence while keeping costs optimized Key Responsibilities Scouting and identifying new products as per business needs Searching for and onboarding new vendors both online and offline Negotiating prices terms and finalizing purchase orders Conducting regular inventory checks and initiating re-ordering of materials Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials Monitoring procurement costs and optimizing inventory levels Handling GRN Goods Receipt Note quality checks and managing return replacement of defective materials Supporting other related procurement and administrative activities as required Requirements Graduate in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain preferred in industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and inventory management tools Detail-oriented with positive organizational skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
