Freelance Psychologist Counsellor Organization Ollato Eduversity Location On-site as per project requirement Engagement Type Freelance Project-based Session Modalities In office and Online both About Ollato Eduversity Ollato Eduversity is an innovative educational and personal-growth platform that integrates cutting-edge learning with holistic student support Our programs blend academic excellence with mental-emotional well-being to create empowered learners and educators We are expanding our mental-health and guidance ecosystem and invite qualified Freelance Psychologists and Counsellors to join our network to support students educators and institutional clients across India Role Overview As a Freelance Psychologist Counsellor you will deliver high-quality psychological support counselling and well-being interventions across our programs You will work with students parents and or faculty in one-to-one or group formats both on-site and online ensuring ethical evidence-based practices aligned with Ollato Eduversity s philosophy Key Responsibilities Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions psychological assessments and group workshops as assigned on-site and online Provide emotional academic and career guidance to students and or faculty ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards Collaborate with program managers and internal teams to design and deliver mental-health and well-being modules Maintain accurate records of sessions and submit brief reports when required without breaching confidentiality Offer crisis intervention or referral support as appropriate Participate in periodic training orientation to stay aligned with Ollato Eduversity s approach and frameworks Required Qualifications Competencies Master s degree in Psychology Clinical Psychology Counselling Psychology or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in counselling adolescents young adults educators Familiarity with psychometric tools emotional well-being practices and ethical frameworks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups Comfort with digital platforms for online sessions Zoom Google Meet etc Strong sense of professionalism reliability and confidentiality Language Preference Marathi preferred plus working proficiency in Hindi and English Preferred Desirable Skills Experience in educational or institutional settings Ability to design workshops or mental-health awareness sessions Multilingual proficiency Marathi Hindi and English for pan-India outreach Engagement Compensation Freelance project-based assignments with flexible scheduling Compensation per session per workshop or per project commensurate with qualifications and experience Opportunities for longer-term collaborations based on performance and program needs Application Process Interested professionals may send their CV a brief cover note and sample work if any to hr ollato com with the subject line Application - Freelance Psychologist Counsellor Job Type Freelance Contract length 3 months Pay 8 500 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
