The Senior Billing Engineer will oversee the preparation verification and submission of project invoices for all ongoing real estate projects This role ensures accurate billing timely revenue recognition and compliance with contractual agreements The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of construction processes materials and real estate project costing and will coordinate closely with project teams finance and clients Key Responsibilities Prepare and review periodic bills monthly milestone-based or final bills for real estate projects ensuring alignment with contract terms Verify quantities measurements and specifications from site reports drawings and BOQs Bill of Quantities Collaborate with project managers site engineers and accounts team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing Track client payments and ensure timely follow-up on pending invoices Maintain detailed records of invoices variations claims and supporting documents for audit purposes Assist in project cost analysis and reconciliation to support management decisions Review change orders additional works and contract amendments for billing purposes Mentor and guide junior billing engineers or assistants Ensure compliance with internal policies accounting standards and regulatory requirements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Minimum 5-8 years of experience in billing estimation in real estate or construction projects Strong knowledge of construction materials measurements and costing Familiarity with real estate project documentation contracts and BOQs Proficiency in MS Excel billing software and project management tools Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Location Pune Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
