Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess patients conditions regularly Administer medications injections and IV therapies as prescribed Provide wound care catheterization and other nursing procedures Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing dressing and eating Respond to patient needs promptly and with compassion Take and record vital signs BP temperature pulse respiration Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation accurately Operate medical equipment safely and effectively Follow infection control and patient safety protocols Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and their families Educate patients about their conditions medications and post-treatment care Collaborate with doctors senior nurses and other healthcare professionals Report changes in patient conditions to appropriate medical staff Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Handle admission and discharge processes Ensure stock levels of medicines and medical supplies are adequate Participate in audits training and quality assurance programs Provide immediate nursing care in emergency situations Be part of code teams for CPR trauma or other critical events Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
