Job Responsibilities As an Talent Onboarding and HR Compliance Manager your role will encompass various responsibilities including but not limited to Onboarding New Employees Conduct orientation sessions to align new hires with the company culture and values Follow up on their Training Schedules and organize relevant training as and when required Track attendance of new joiners in training and meetings Update work on necessary trackers and systems put in place Hiring and Recruitment Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent Oversee the entire recruitment process including job postings conducting interviews reference checks screening and candidate selection Setup an internal hiring process and strategies to help the organization grow Employee Engagement Cultivate a dynamic and engaged community within the organization Monitor and promptly address employee inquiries grievance comments and feedback Community Building Build and maintain a close-knit community among all stakeholders including parents children schools employees and other partners HR Administration Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Support with any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company Location Inisghte Brookefield Timings - 10-7pm Monday - Friday Hybrid mode Job Type Full time Work Location In person
