- CNC Operator Setter Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator Setter to set up operate and maintain CNC machines ensuring precision and quality in production Key Responsibilities Set up CNC machines VMC HMC VTL TC as per job requirements Select and install appropriate tools fixtures and programs Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per drawings and specifications Perform program offsets tool changes and adjustments when required Inspect and measure finished components using calipers micrometers and gauges Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance standards Troubleshoot machine or process issues and optimize performance Maintain safety cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma in Mechanical or related field Experience in CNC setting and operating VMC HMC Strong knowledge of tooling cutting parameters and machining processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with quality inspection tools Problem-solving ability and focus on precision Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Work Location In person
