A Corporate Relations Manager in Facility Management is a strategic role responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients tenants vendors and internal departments This position ensures the efficient operation of a company s facilities while aligning with overall business objectives and maintaining a positive corporate image Key Responsibilities Client and Tenant Relations Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and tenants addressing their needs resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with facility services Vendor and Contract Management Oversee the selection negotiation and management of contracts with external service providers e g cleaning security maintenance Ensure all vendors meet contractual obligations performance standards and budget requirements Operational Oversight Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations including maintenance repairs security and cleaning Monitor key performance indicators KPIs to ensure service quality and efficiency Strategic Planning Develop and implement long-term facility strategies that support business growth and cost-efficiency This includes managing budgets forecasting expenses and planning for future needs such as renovations or space optimization Compliance and Risk Management Ensure all facilities and operations comply with health safety and environmental regulations Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe and secure working setting Internal Collaboration Work closely with departments like HR finance and IT to align facility services with their needs Communicate changes project timelines and operational updates effectively across the organization Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication is essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders from C-level executives to on-site maintenance staff Relationship Management The ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients vendors and internal teams is a core requirement Problem-Solving Must be adept at identifying and resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently often under pressure Financial Acumen Strong skills in budgeting cost management and financial reporting are crucial for this role Project Management Experience in planning executing and overseeing projects related to facility improvements office moves or new installations Technical Knowledge While not an engineer a solid understanding of building systems HVAC electrical plumbing and facility management software is highly beneficial Education and Experience A bachelor s degree in facility management business administration engineering or a related field is typically required Several years of experience in facility management corporate relations or a similar role is also a standard prerequisite Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
