We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Consultant cum Interior Designer to join our team This dual-role position requires a professional who can seamlessly blend creative interior design skills with a strong ability to drive sales The ideal candidate will consult with clients to understand their vision create compelling design proposals and convert these into successful sales ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand design preferences functional requirements and budget Prepare and present design proposals using mood boards sketches 2D 3D drawings and digital tools e g AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max Advise clients on space planning color schemes materials lighting and furnishings Pitch design solutions and close deals through persuasive presentations and strong follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads and up selling design solutions Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure timely project execution Maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Stay updated on design trends product knowledge and competitor offerings Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups Requirements Degree Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field 1-3 years of experience in interior design and or sales Strong design portfolio showcasing residential commercial projects Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Proficient in design tools like AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop or similar Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure Client-focused result-oriented and self-driven Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
