Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI UX Designer to design engaging user-friendly digital experiences for our web and mobile applications The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles proficiency in design tools and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces that delight users Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms Conduct user research usability testing and feedback analysis to inform design decisions Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on accessibility responsiveness and modern design trends Develop and maintain design systems style guides and UI components for consistency across products Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs Stay updated on UI UX trends tools and best practices to continuously improve the design process Requirements Bachelor s degree in Design HCI or a related field or equivalent practical experience Proven 2 years of experience as a UI UX Designer or similar role Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or InVision Robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design wireframes prototypes and final UI designs Understanding of responsive design mobile-first approach and accessibility standards Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
