Job Title Purchase Procurement Manager Location Goregan East Mumbai Experience Required Minimum 2 years in Purchase Procurement Monthly CTC - upto 50000 About Flicka Cosmetics Flicka Cosmetics is a quick-growing color cosmetics brand with a vision to bring high-quality innovative and affordable beauty products to the market We are looking for a skilled Purchase Procurement Manager to strengthen our supply chain and ensure cost-efficient timely and quality-driven procurement Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals Identify evaluate and manage reliable suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials packaging and other requirements Coordinate with production quality and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Evaluate supplier performance based on quality timeliness and compliance Ensure adherence to company policies compliance standards and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and contracts Continuously seek new vendors products and innovations to optimize procurement Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase Procurement preferably in cosmetics FMCG or manufacturing industry Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good understanding of supply chain inventory and procurement processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Job Type Full-time Pay 16 169 83 - 62 967 08 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
