Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team handling ocean freight documentation and transport coordination Supervise daily logistics operations and ensure process efficiency Liaise with shipping lines customs agents and transport providers Monitor KPIs ensure compliance and implement performance improvements Train and guide team members to meet service and quality standards Requirements Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in freight and logistics operations Proven team leadership and people management skills Strong knowledge of freight documentation customs and port procedures Proficient in logistics tools and MS Office Job Type Full time Work Location In person
