About the Company Shiv Shakkti Process Equipment Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of process equipment tanks vessels and machinery for chemical pharmaceutical and allied industries We are committed to delivering high-quality products with precision innovation and efficiency We are seeking a Planning Engineer Planning Supervisor to manage and oversee production activities at our Boisar facility The candidate will be responsible for planning executing and supervising production operations while ensuring quality safety and timely completion of projects Key Responsibilities Plan weekly and monthly job-work and distribute tasks according to manpower and available resources Ensure project deadlines are met in line with standards and client requirements Assist Managers and Department Heads in daily weekly and monthly planning scheduling and execution Supervise fabrication of parts according to given dimensions and tolerances Collaborate with Quality department to implement and develop systems that enhance quality and productivity Coordinate with PPC QC QA Store Fabrication and Cutting departments for resource allocation and management Interpret and understand fabrication and assembly drawings Follow up on materials with Store and PPC Purchase departments Handle manpower allocation and work assignment efficiently Monitor machining and inspection of components within specified tolerances and dimensions Implement cost reduction techniques while minimizing scrap and reworks Reduce cycle time lead time and enhance productivity while maintaining quality Apply 7QC tools Kaizen and process control techniques to improve operations Maintain 5S practices on the shop floor Ensure free flow of materials along the production line Supervise manufacturing processes ensuring quality and safety standards are adhered to Diagnose production line problems and provide recommendations and training Perform stage-wise quality checks for job quality assurance Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering Experience in production planning supervision and fabrication in process equipment manufacturing Robust knowledge of shop floor operations quality standards and process improvement tools Ability to coordinate across departments and manage manpower effectively Familiarity with 7QC tools Kaizen and 5S practices Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
