Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Work Mode: Work From Home

Language Requirement:

✅ Fluent Gujarati (Mandatory)

✅ Basic to Good English

✅ Hindi (Preferred)

Compensation:

- CTC: ₹18,000/month
- In-hand: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000/month

⏰ Shift: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries effectively

✔ Assist customers with refunds, replacements, or repairs based on product type and issue

✔ Deliver accurate and timely resolutions with a customer-first approach

✔ Maintain call quality, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction

✔ Follow SOPs while ensuring high customer satisfaction scores

✅ Eligibility:

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply

Undergraduate & graduates welcome

Skills Required:

✨ Excellent Gujarati communication skills (must-have)





✨ Positive English (verbal understanding & speaking)

✨ Basic computer knowledge

✨ Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills

✨ Ability to work independently in a WFH setup

System Requirements (Mandatory):

Processor: Core i5, 8th Gen or above

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

OS: Windows 10 or above

Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps (Upload & Download)

Power Backup: UPS/Inverter for system & light

Webcam mandatory

Ability to install EDR software

Assessment Criteria:

Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Versant Score: 3 or above

AMPI Scores:

- Agreeableness: 20
- Conscientiousness: 14
