Job Title Tender Executive - GeM Portal Summary We are looking for a Tender Executive who can handle all work related to the Government e-Marketplace GeM portal This includes finding bids listing products submitting offers handling orders and maintaining records Main Responsibilities Check the GeM portal daily for new bids and tender opportunities List products services correctly on the portal with all required details Prepare and submit bids technical and financial on time Work with the sales accounts and technical teams to collect required documents Handle order acceptance invoice upload and delivery coordination Manage tasks like brand approval vendor assessment and registration updates Keep records of all submitted bids orders and contracts Prepare reports and update management regularly Skills Needed Good knowledge of the GeM Portal and its functions Basic understanding of government procurement and tendering rules Proficient in MS Excel Word and handling PDF documents Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Qualification Graduate in any stream Commerce Business or Engineering preferred 1-3 years of experience in GeM bidding preferred Freshers with GeM knowledge may also apply Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
