Developer will be responsible to design develop test debug and deliver solutions which add value to the business This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills You will communicate align with the business and report to the Team Lead and the Project Manager Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively Responsibilities Strategic Translate the business needs into technical solutions using the best technology Develop and test new applications Apply system software engineering policies standards and procedures Give support to the developed solutions Nice to have experience with incident management system for e g ServiceNow Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency Create and update documentation concerning the solutions processes Lead the development cycle from build to release hyper care Guide coach mentor junior colleagues to assign tasks review the progress and communicate roadblocks if any Operational SME for Process automation tool Provide 1ST line support for all process automation issues application issues Engage with 3rd party technical support vendors and maintain relationships Manage and monitor performance of applications which are live and propose optimizations Contribute to the creation of technical working documents and procedures Share knowledge of new functionalities features with team colleagues peers Regularly and efficiently handle the requests and incidents which enter out ticketing system Familiar with Change management process Able to work as learn current technologies You have strong Analytical skills You are structured and organized with a logical way of thinking You have knowledge in Nintex K2 Microsoft Power Platform SQL or interested
