You would be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for clients ensuring seamless handling from claim intimation to settlement follow-ups You will be the key point of contact for clients and AMCs regarding claim processes You should be strategic and detail-oriented ensuring timely documentation filing and resolution of claims while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and upselling Job Duties and Deliverables include but are not limited to Constantly upgrading yourself on industry trends and claim procedures Managing claim intimations and ensuring accurate registration of claims Coordinating with AMCs for smooth claim processes and timely resolutions Collecting verifying and maintaining claim documentation from clients Filing all claims-related documents systematically for easy retrieval Proactively following up on pending claims to ensure settlement Identifying opportunities for lead generation and upselling additional products or services during client interactions Supporting other general insurance operations including client follow-ups and coordination as needed Minimum Requirements You have a bachelor s degree in administration commerce or a related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience in insurance claims processing Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction Preferred Skills Superior knowledge of insurance products and claim processes Excellent documentation and organizational skills Good listening ability to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions Ability to function independently as well as in a team Demonstrated conflict resolution negotiation and follow-up skills Demonstrated ownership to resolve complex claims issues escalating when necessary Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance including the daily schedule Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Surat Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Claim Settlement 2 years Required Language Gujarati Preferred Location Surat Gujarat Required Work Location In person
