Job Title Civil Site Engineer Location Tirupati Department Infrastructure Projects Reporting To Project Manager Senior Engineer Management Job Purpose The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site execution of construction and civil works at Velammal Nexus campuses The role ensures quality control timely completion and coordination with vendors contractors and internal departments to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage on-site construction activities Execute civil work as per approved drawings specifications and timelines Coordinate with contractors vendors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient work progress Monitor site labor and material requirements Conduct quality checks and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed Maintain daily site reports measurements and logs Liaise with consultants architects and senior engineers on design clarifications Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and internal policies Identify and resolve any site-related issues in a timely manner Eligibility Criteria Education Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Experience 2-5 years of experience in handling construction civil engineering works preferably institutional or educational projects Technical Skills Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project and MS Office Strong understanding of structural drawings BOQs and civil execution Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability Additional Requirements Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across Velammal Nexus locations Knowledge of safety and environmental standards in construction Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Application Question s What is your highest qualification in Civil Engineering Diploma B E B Tech How many years of experience do you have in civil site execution Less than 1 year 1-2 years 3-5 years Have you worked on institutional or school building projects before Yes No Work Location In person
