Role Overview We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate tie-ups retailer tie-ups and RMN Retailer Managed Network partnerships The role involves meeting potential partners building strong business relationships and generating sales opportunities for travel services including holiday packages flights hotels visas and other travel-related solutions Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential corporates retailers and RMNs for business tie-ups Pitch company travel services holidays flights hotels visas and onboard new partners Build robust B2B relationships to generate consistent business opportunities Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through field sales activities Maintain regular follow-ups with partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction Negotiate deals finalize agreements and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners Collect market intelligence competitor insights and share feedback with management Prepare and submit daily weekly sales reports and pipeline updates Represent the company at industry networking events and exhibitions when required Desired Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of corporate sales and B2B travel partnerships Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel extensively for field sales Target-driven with a go-getter attitude Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships Basic knowledge of travel industry products holidays flights hotels visas preferred Self-motivated organized and able to work independently Qualifications Experience Graduate in Business Marketing or Travel Tourism 2-4 years of experience in field sales corporate tie-ups B2B travel sales Prior experience in travel or hospitality industry will be an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Travel Sales 5 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
