We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring qualified candidates across various departments while also building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across the organisation Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions and strategies Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and employee referrals Conduct interviews assess candidate qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Min 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter in-house or agency Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
