Contract Manager Experience Required 5-8 Years Location Vadodara Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Contract Manager to oversee the drafting review negotiation and submission of contracts The role requires strong legal and commercial acumen to safeguard the company s interests ensure compliance and manage the complete contract lifecycle effectively Key Responsibilities Draft review interpret and finalize contracts agreements and related legal documents Ensure timely submission of contracts to clients vendors and authorities as required Lead and manage the contract process from initiation to execution including amendments and renewals Identify risks obligations and liabilities in contracts and suggest mitigation strategies Coordinate with legal finance operations procurement and project teams to align contract requirements Maintain an organized database of all contracts and ensure accurate record-keeping Monitor contract timelines deliverables and compliance with agreed terms Assist in dispute resolution and contract-related negotiations Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management processes Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and statutory requirements Qualifications and Skills Graduate Postgraduate in Law Business Administration or related field 5-8 years of proven experience in contract management administration Strong knowledge of contract law commercial terms and compliance regulations Excellent skills in drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software tools Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Preferred Experience in infrastructure construction EPC or manufacturing industry through online tendering process Exposure to government public sector contracts and tenders Salary Range 50 000 - 60 000 per month Job Type Full time Pay 500 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
