The Architect Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning coordination and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction This role serves as a bridge between the design team consultants contractors and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly stay on schedule and align with design intent and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Coordinate with architects engineers consultants and contractors to support project goals and deadlines Assist in developing project schedules timelines and deliverables Review architectural drawings and documents to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with codes and standards Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Organize and manage project documentation including drawings specifications meeting notes and reports Facilitate communication between internal and external project teams Help ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports Track RFIs submittals and change orders during the construction phase Support permitting and approvals processes with relevant authorities Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field Master s preferred 2-5 years of experience in architectural practice or project coordination Knowledge of building codes construction methods and architectural standards Proficiency in design and project management software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp MS Project etc Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Language English Preferred Work Location In person
