Job Location Bangalore Einfolge Technologies is seeking proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to lead comprehensive HR Operations Manage end to end HR Operations recruitment onboarding engagement and exit Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition aligned with business goals Oversee performance management policy enforcement and disciplinary actions Coordinate attendance leave and payroll with Finance Handle employee relations grievance resolution and team building activities Maintain HRMS and accurate employee records Collaborate with department heads on succession planning and career growth Conduct ISO 9001 2015 internal audits and ensure compliance Draft HR communications offer letters increment letters policy updates Continuously improve HR processes and foster cross functional collaboration Desired Candidate Profile Excellent written verbal communication skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Capable of working independently with minimal guidance Passion in building positive and inclusive workplace culture Proven expertise in drafting qualified documents and correspondence Ability to multitask effectively and manage sensitive matters with discretion Qualification Masters degree in HR Management or related discipline Work experience 3-7years of experience in HR Operations
