The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing the placement activities of the institution building strong industry connections coordinating with students and ensuring successful job opportunities and internships The role demands excellent communication networking and organizational skills Organize campus recruitment drives interviews and job fairs Guide and train students in resume writing interview preparation and skilled etiquette Maintain and update student placement records and company databases Collaborate with academic departments to understand student profiles and industry requirements Facilitate internships live projects and industry interactions for students Ensure maximum placement of eligible students and continuously strive to improve placement performance Track job market trends and advise students on career opportunities Prepare placement reports and submit them to management on a regular basis Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
