Job Purpose We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Expert to lead the development of a new SharePoint site from the ground up with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and secure architecture The role will also support integration efforts with platforms such as Filament and AI databases enabling seamless collaboration and data access across systems Desired Skills and experienceCandidates should have a B E B Tech MCA MBA in Information Systems Computer Science or a related field More than 4 years of experience in SharePoint development administration or consulting roles Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online SharePoint 2016 2019 and Office 365 Expertise in SharePoint Framework SPFx PowerShell REST APIs and SharePoint Designer Proficiency in JavaScript C HTML CSS and SQL Server for custom development and integration Experience with document management best practices including metadata tagging version control and retention policies sss Familiarity with AI integration workflows including semantic indexing vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation RAG Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API Azure AI Foundry and Copilot integration is a strong plus Experience with Filament LlamaIndex or similar AI connectors Familiarity with enterprise-grade security protocols and identity passthrough Exposure to AI training workflows and document-based knowledge management Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build a new SharePoint site from scratch for document management and AI training content Develop custom workflows libraries and metadata structures to support productive document handling Integrate SharePoint with AI platforms and databases including Filament and Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs Implement intelligent indexing and retrieval mechanisms to support AI-driven search and insights Ensure robust security access control and compliance across all SharePoint content Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to enable seamless data exchange and training workflows Provide technical support documentation and training internal teams Monitor site performance conduct regular maintenance and apply updates as needed Behavioral CompetenciesEffectively communicate with business and technology partners peers and stakeholders Ability to deliver results under demanding timelines to real-world business problems Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively Identify and communicate areas for improvement Demonstrate high attention to detail should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement SLA Turn Around Time TAT
