We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer with 1year of deep expertise in roofing systems and structural steel fabrication The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day production operations improve manufacturing processes ensure product quality and drive operational efficiency across our roofing and structural product lines Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the plant Ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of roofing sheets and other structural products Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement processes Monitor production schedules quality control and material usage Collaborate with design procurement and quality assurance teams Troubleshoot technical issues in fabrication forming cutting and assembly processes Ensure adherence to safety standards industry regulations and company policies Maintain production documentation and reporting Qualifications Skills Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field 1 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering preferably in roofing or steel structure industries is a must Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings including roofing layouts truss assemblies and steel member details Plan and execute production schedules in coordination with design and project teams Supervise operations including cutting welding bending roll forming and assembly Strong knowledge of roll forming welding CNC cutting and structural steel fabrication processes Familiar with standards such as IS ASTM and other relevant codes for roofing and structural materials Proficient in production planning tools CAD software and MS Office Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and team management abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills How to Apply Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are requested to share their updated resume at hrrecruitertrs gmail com or share your resume to (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
