Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize design and execute interior spaces that are functional aesthetically appealing and aligned with client requirements The role involves working on space planning design presentations material selection and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality interiors within deadlines Key Responsibilities Meet clients to understand their requirements budget and lifestyle preferences Develop innovative interior design concepts layouts and mood boards Prepare and present 2D drawings 3D renders and detailed design proposals Select materials finishes furniture lighting and accessories Ensure compliance with design standards building codes and safety regulations Collaborate with architects contractors and vendors to ensure execution of designs Supervise site work and ensure alignment with approved drawings and quality standards Prepare cost estimates BOQ Bill of Quantities and project timelines Stay updated on latest interior design trends materials and technologies Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field 2-5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer residential commercial or institutional projects Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max V-Ray Photoshop or other design software Strong knowledge of space planning color theory materials and furniture design Ability to create functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs Strong visualization creativity and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Project management skills with ability to coordinate across teams Key Skills Space planning concept design 2D drafting 3D visualization Material furniture selection Client communication presentation Project supervision vendor coordination Creative problem-solving Time budget management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 180 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Paid time off Experience Interior design 1 year Required Work Location In person
