Overview If you are passionate about MRB Engineering Aircraft Repair and you want to be part of a proactive reactive rapid paced exciting customer focused and efficient MRB Engineering Team Responsibilities Carrying out concession origination T0 for A350 fuselage detail assembly manufacturing non-conformances Compiling inspection data and measurements provided by production into Airbus SAP checking quality and validity of information to ensure accurate and legible concessions are submitted into the tool Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis whilst ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements Able to liaise with multiple functions e g Quality inspection design etc to ensure most appropriate information is included with consideration to cost time performance and quality requirements Ability to explain and escalate critical issues and an ability to mentor others Using Airbus VPM and CATIA V5 to verify and check accuracy of information interrogating the DMU as required Qualifications BE MECH AEROSPACE Essential skills Experience working on Airbus concession creation either directly for Airbus or the Supply Chain for a minimum of three years and having held Airbus T0 Certification Knowledge across the A350 programme preferably with both metallic and composite fuselage capabilities and the build sequence process Understanding of both design and stress requirements when submitting concessions to limit the number of returns for further information Knowledge experience of Airbus concession processes and procedures Completed SAP Concession Origination Certification Training Course T0 and proficient at using SAP PAC for concession origination Working knowledge of VPM and CATIA V5 for interrogation and information retrieval affected parts assemblies and dimensional checking A350 PASS Interrogator Experience Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Desired skills Knowledge of Airbus processes and procedures relating to concessions A2406 2 M2223 1 M2223 2 ASR IPC etc Preferably worked on design task relating to concession processing T100 or held level of delegated approval on Airbus Concessions T200 Experience of using Airbus Supply e g DocMaster AirNav etc Experience of automation of repeatable tasks processes Experience Proficient using the below toolsets SAP Microsoft Office CATIA V5 VPM PASS Adobe Acrobat Airbus Supply
