Job description About Clove Clove Dental is the largest network of dental clinics in India Since inception in 2011 we have been persistent in our tunnel vision and ardently strive to offer global standards of dentistry in every neighbourhood across the subcontinent Spread across 600 clinics Clove manages an excess of 1 million patients every month In addition we have conducted about 15 lakh treatments in the last ten years Clove Dental is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology has recruited over 800 dentists and set the highest thresholds for hygiene clinic safety transparency ethics and customer service For instance the Clove Dental Four-Step Protocol guarantees that each instrument and surface that comes in contact with patients is thoroughly sterilized prior to the next patient s consult Clove is deservedly at the summit of India s dental mountain being three times bigger than any dental player in India Apart from precision in operations technology investment and ethics we have laid crucial and indispensable emphasis on the following core values trust respect and integrity Job Role - Part Time Camp Doctor Roles Responsibilities - To promote Clove brand values all the time Travelling to the scheduled camp location and strictly following timings as per the Camp Schedules Build rapport with patients from the beginning and promote Clove Core Values Educate on the importance of Dental Health Create awareness of patient s dental issues and risk factors Reiterate the importance and urgency of addressing the dental problem Make an immediate appointment from Camp to most of the patients and direct them to Nearest Clove Dental Clinic Maintain the data of High value leads Aligners Super Speciality Treatments etc and follow up on same Ensure to feed in all data into PRM on daily basis without fail Report to the Zonal Clinic Head and to mark attendance in the nearest clinic on Daily basis To follow Biomedical waste management practices Requirement - BDS with a minimum 1-2 year experience Effective communication skills for patient interactions Should be Well versed in advanced treatments in dentistry Open to travel within the city Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and English Knowledge of more regional language s would be preferred Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms Solid customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experience Job Type Full-time Pay 23 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
