About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive focused on the US market, responsible for

handling outbound sales calls, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the

diamond jewelry segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound sales calls to international (US-based) customers
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and execute targeted strategies to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Commit to continuous professional development by proactively engaging in self-paced learning to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance role performance.
- Handle warm and hot leads to convert into sales
- Explain diamond jewelry products, specifications, and pricing
- Build rapport and trust with high-value customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfilment.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and automation to streamline the sales cycle, enhance product mastery, and proactively address customer needs to drive higher conversion rates

What are we looking for?

- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, in a product-based company.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, jewelry, luxury, fashion, electronics, D2C, or a similar product-based industry.
- Experience handling outbound sales calls,



high-value closing conversations, pipeline management, and lead follow-ups.
- Experience handling international customers, preferably from the USA, Canada, or other international markets.
- Takes Ownership: Exhibits a proactive mindset, independently seeking out ways to elevate conversion rates, sales efficiency, and personal revenue impact within the role.
- Self-Directed Initiative: Driven to continuously optimize sales strategies, product mastery, and closing techniques autonomously, showing strong personal accountability for skilled growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Strong ability to master detailed product information and articulate value propositions clearly to high-value buyers.
- Ability to handle objections and difficult sales scenarios professionally and persuasively.
- Strong closing skills and the ability to maintain momentum and build rapport under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing calls, live chats, pipeline follow-ups, and real-time CRM documentation without compromising customer experience or sales accuracy.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated by revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales (mandatory)
- Proven experience in outbound sales / telesales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (US customer handling preferred)
- Prior experience in diamond/jewelry industry is preferable
- Ability to handle high-value closing conversations
- Comfortable working in US shift timings

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in luxury, jewelry, or high-ticket e-commerce sales
- Experience dealing with international clients (US/Canada)
