of Accounts Executive As an Accounts Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial transactions and records of our organization You will be responsible for various accounting tasks including but not limited to accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger entries and financial reporting The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations Process invoices expense reports and other financial documents in a timely manner Prepare and issue invoices to customers ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage collections process effectively Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors and take corrective actions as needed Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes providing financial insights and recommendations to management Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to internal controls and procedures Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to accounting processes and procedures Should have worked in any IT Marketing related Industry Should be aware with all Laws and stay updated with it Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience 2 years of working in accounting or finance roles preferably as an Accounts Executive Robust understanding of accounting principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team All the best Only Surat Local Candidates are Proffered Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Experience Account management 1 year Required Accounting 1 year Required Laws 1 year Required Work Location In person
