JOB POSITION Snr Creative Designer Role Overview The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality design work across all Saina verticals This role requires both creative thinking and technical proficiency in visual and motion design alongside collaborative and leadership skills to manage tasks within the design team effectively Core Responsibilities 1 Creative Design Execution Develop and deliver all graphic and motion poster designs to meet creative standards and brand guidelines Create engaging daily creatives including social media posts marketing materials and OTT-specific content Generate cutting-edge concepts based on client briefs and in-house requirements Expertise in design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and other Ai tools Ensure all design outputs are completed on time and meet quality expectations 2 Team Collaboration Task Management Manage and allocate design work within the team based on project needs and individual strengths Coordinate with Saina s verticals and leads to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to maintain consistent quality 3 Research Development Stay updated on the latest design trends visual styles and interactive content formats Incorporate best practices and new ideas into creative workflows to keep content fresh and relevant Ensure all outputs are thoroughly proofread and meet organizational quality benchmarks 4 Quality Assurance Standards Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all design work to ensure error-free delivery Review and validate all materials before final submission to ensure alignment with brand standards Uphold and promote the creative standards set by the organization across all deliverables 5 Reporting Communication Clearly understand project briefs design requirements and instructions to reduce rework and ensure efficiency Submit timely updates and status reports to reporting officer management on project progress Assist in social media content promotion and page management as needed Location Kochi Palarivattom Immediate joining Shift Monday- Saturday Time 9 30 am - 06 30 pm Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Palarivattom Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Creative designing Minimum 3 years Language English Required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Work Location In person
