Flaviant Network P Ltd is an organization that provides residential solution to aspirants of IAS exam aspirants We are committed to maintaining a safe efficient and well-managed residential campus for our students and staff We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus facilities Key Responsibilities Oversee the construction maintenance and operations of the residential campus including buildings utilities landscaping and common areas Ensure safety security and compliance with all statutory regulations fire safety and environmental standards Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors for housekeeping security maintenance and other services Prepare and manage budgets monitor expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities Maintain asset inventories office supplies and equipment across the campus Implement and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities Lead and manage campus staff ensuring effective task execution and team productivity Coordinate with internal departments for space allocation special projects and facility improvements Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Facility Manager preferably in a residential or large campus setup Solid knowledge of building systems electrical HVAC plumbing etc and preventive maintenance Experience in vendor management contract negotiation and budgeting Good understanding of health safety and environmental regulations Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills Ability to reside on campus and respond promptly to operational requirements Competitive salary based on experience with on-campus accommodation Job Type Full-time Pay 480 000 00 - 540 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
