The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations coordinating with different departments and delivering excellent guest experiences The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced hospitality environment Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across front office housekeeping reservations and F B Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery Monitor reservations and occupancy to optimize revenue and efficiency Handle guest queries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with company standards policies and procedures Support in staff scheduling attendance tracking and shift management Maintain operational records reports and documentation Assist in vendor coordination inventory control and procurement as needed Conduct regular quality checks to ensure guest satisfaction Report operational updates and challenges to management Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management IHM preferred Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel hospitality operations Solid communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software PMS Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Problem-solving and decision-making ability Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 22 951 33 per month Work Location In person
