3D Visualizer is responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D renderings of interior spaces architectural elements and joinery furniture layouts Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling Rendering Create 3D models of interior layouts partitions ceiling designs flooring custom furniture and joinery details Develop photorealistic renders using CAD drawings mood boards or conceptual sketches Technical Coordination Collaborate with architects interior designers engineers and site teams Interpret 2D technical drawings and transform them into detailed 3D visuals Client Presentation Produce high-quality static images virtual walkthroughs or videos Present multiple design options and modify based on client feedback Software Expertise Work with AutoCAD Revit for layout import Use tools like 3ds Max V-Ray Lumion SketchUp or Enscape for modeling and rendering Use Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation boards Design Detailing Accurately model textures finishes light fixtures MEP elements ceiling patterns furniture joinery etc Site and Material Coordination Coordinate with procurement supplier teams to ensure materials in renders match actual materials available Preferred Qualifications Qualification Basic degree Certification in 3D Experience Gulf experience preferred Minimum Experience -5 years in the middle east Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s are you will to wok in abroad Experience 3ds Max 2 years Required Language Do you speak Malayalam English Required
