Job Title Service Manager Location Kolkata Company Dugar Automotives Private Limited Authorized Honda Two-Wheeler Dealer Department Service Reporting to Dealer Principal General Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead the service operations of our Honda two-wheeler dealership in Kolkata The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service managing workshop efficiency supervising service advisors and technicians and driving service revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Honda standards Key Responsibilities Workshop Management Oversee daily operations of the service workshop ensuring efficiency and productivity across all bays Team Supervision Lead train and motivate a team of technicians service advisors and support staff Customer Relations Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer complaints and queries aiming for high CSI Customer Satisfaction Index Business Targets Achieve monthly revenue profitability and service throughput targets as set by the dealership and Honda Process Adherence Ensure 100 adherence to Honda s service processes SOPs and quality guidelines Parts Inventory Coordination Work with the parts department to ensure availability and proper use of genuine parts Warranty Claims Monitor and manage warranty claims and ensure timely submission and approval from Honda Training Development Identify training needs of workshop staff and coordinate with Honda for technical and soft skills training Reports MIS Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports related to service performance CSI scores technician efficiency and productivity Candidate Requirements Experience Minimum 5-8 years in an automotive two-wheeler service role with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position Honda experience preferred Qualification Diploma or Degree in Automobile Mechanical Engineering Skills Solid leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in DMS Dealer Management Systems and MS Office Knowledge of Honda s service systems and policies is a plus Benefits Attractive salary and incentives Opportunity to work with a leading Honda dealership Professional development and training support How to Apply Send your updated resume to hr dugarhonda com or call (phone hidden) for more information Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
