We are looking for Head-Land Acquisition and Survey who has experience if 4 - 10 years into same field with following Responsibilities 1 Will be responsible for documentation and liasoning with landowners agents local authorities for negotiations and purchase agreements 2 Conduct preliminary checks on title documentation encumbrances and mutation records 3 Coordinate with legal team for due diligence and documentation 4 Maintain MIS records of acquisition status and documentation 5 Coordinate land measurement with licensed surveyors and government authorities 6 Ensure site plans and layouts match the actual ground condition 7 Collect and verify original land documents RTC Khata EC etc 8 Support in executing sale deeds registration and mutation processes 9 Maintain a comprehensive land bank and land records archive 10 Ensure all local regulatory and statutory requirements are met 11 Build and maintain relationships with government officials lawyers and notaries Skills needed 1 Robust understanding of local land laws titles registration procedures 2 Proficiency in handling land records and government portals 3 Negotiation and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 41 382 94 per month Work Location In person
