Pinnacle Engineering India Solutions Pvt Ltd is a trusted name in the Power Energy domain providing end-to-end solutions for HV EHV and Solar projects We specialize in consultancy EPC services metering infrastructure and sustainable energy systems across India We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Civil Engineer to manage R C C planning and execution for foundation works associated with High Voltage HV Extra High Voltage EHV substations and Solar power projects The role requires hands-on expertise in structural planning site execution quality control and coordination with internal teams and contractors Responsibilities Plan design and execute R C C foundation works for electrical substations transmission lines and solar projects Review structural and architectural drawings BOQs and technical specifications Coordinate with design consultants for drawings and resolve site issues Manage day-to-day civil activities at the site ensuring compliance with design safety and quality standards Prepare and monitor project schedules work plans material planning and resource allocation Supervise contractors vendors and labour teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution Ensure quality checks cube testing rebar inspection and adherence to safety norms during execution Liaise with electrical teams for civil interface alignment and sequencing Maintain site records project documentation and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager Handle estimation billing support and assist in civil procurement specifications when required Qualifications Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute 1-3 years of relevant experience in R C C foundation planning and site execution Prior experience in HV EHV Solar Infrastructure projects preferred Sound knowledge of RCC design and civil construction practices Familiar with codes like IS 456 IS 3370 SP 34 etc Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project Excel and civil quantity estimation Solid communication and coordination skills Good team handling and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current location What is your current CTC What is your notice period Do you have experience in R C C foundation planning and site execution Work Location In person
