Job Title Supervisor - Construction Location Greater Noida West Sector 12 Salary 10k to 18k Experience 1-2 Years Construction Experience Preferred Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site and ensure smooth execution of work Assign tasks to labor and ensure productivity discipline and safety on site Coordinate with contractors engineers architects and procurement teams Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans timelines and specifications Maintain daily reports on work progress labor attendance and material usage Identify and resolve site issues promptly escalate major concerns to project managers Conduct regular safety checks and enforce health safety regulations on-site Ensure equipment and materials are used efficiently and maintained properly Key Requirements Diploma ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in construction supervision Strong leadership and team-handling skills Good understanding of technical drawings and construction processes Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders on site Robust problem-solving time management and communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month
