Job Title Accounts Manager Location Panvel Navi Mumbai Experience Required 8-10 years in a similar role Team Size Lead a team of 4 Industry Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting function for our manufacturing operations The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in accounts finalisation balance sheet preparation GST compliance and team leadership Candidates residing in or near Panvel Navi Mumbai are strongly preferred Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping across all financial transactions Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet P L Cash Flow and supporting schedules Handle finalisation of accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts vendor accounts and inter-company accounts GST Statutory Compliance Oversee complete GST compliance including GST returns reconciliation input credit validation and responding to notices Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements TDS PF PT etc Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and implement necessary updates within the department Team Leadership Lead mentor and supervise a 4-member accounts team Allocate responsibilities review work and ensure timely completion of monthly closing activities Build a strong internal control environment and ensure adherence to financial processes Manufacturing Finance Operations Monitor costing-related data and coordinate with production teams for inventory valuation Ensure proper accounting of raw materials WIP FG scrap and other manufacturing-related transactions Strengthen processes for accuracy in stock consumption and production entries Desired Candidate Profile 8-10 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet finalisation and GST Experience leading a small to mid-sized accounting team Proficient in accounting software Tally ERP Prime or similar Strong analytical ability attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Must reside in or commute easily to Panvel Navi Mumbai Education B Com M Com MBA in Finance CA Inter preferred not mandatory Why Join Us Opportunity to lead the finance function for a growing manufacturing organisation Stable work environment with growth potential Leadership role with significant ownership and responsibility Job Type Full-time Pay 700 000 00 - 900 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
