Job Title Safety Manager Experience 5 Years Salary 50 000 to 60 000 per month Based on Experience Job Type Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental HSE regulations across our project sites The candidate should have a solid understanding of safety protocols legal requirements and risk management practices with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety systems in industrial or construction settings Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor the company s HSE policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections risk assessments and safety audits Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures Investigate incidents accidents prepare reports and recommend solutions Ensure compliance with statutory safety laws and industry standards Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers and staff Maintain documentation related to safety audits toolbox talks and safety meetings Liaise with site managers engineers and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment Monitor use of PPE and ensure safety signage and emergency equipment are in place and functional Requirements Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant field with recognized Safety Certification NEBOSH IOSH ADIS etc Minimum 5 years of experience in safety roles preferably in construction infrastructure fabrication or industrial sectors In-depth knowledge of local HSE regulations risk management practices and emergency response procedures Robust leadership communication and documentation skills Proficient in safety reporting tools and MS Office Willingness to travel to multiple project sites when required Preferred Industry Background Construction EPC Infrastructure Fabrication or Heavy Engineering Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
