We are looking for an experienced Event Manager who can handle events from scratch - from planning and vendor sourcing to execution cost control and final payment closure The role focuses heavily on college events brand activations BTL campaigns and experiential marketing projects across multiple locations You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of events ensuring seamless coordination budget efficiency and high-quality execution on-ground Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end event management for college activations and brand events Source onboard and manage vendors across multiple cities and regions Negotiate costs control budgets and ensure profitability of each event Prepare detailed cost sheets quotations and project budgets Coordinate with client servicing and production teams to understand event requirements Supervise event setup branding installations stage setup and logistics on-ground Maintain a structured vendor database fabricators manpower logistics printing college contacts permissions etc Track vendor invoices verify bills and ensure timely payment finalisation Oversee quality checks and ensure brand guidelines are followed during execution Manage timelines troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure smooth event flow Skills Requirements Graduate in any discipline Event Management background preferred 2 years of experience in event operations vendor management BTL activations or live events Strong negotiation budgeting and cost management skills Hands-on experience in managing on-ground event execution In-depth understanding of logistics fabrication and event production Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and cost sheet preparation Willingness to travel extensively for events and activations Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Perks Benefits Work with top youth-focused brands and national-level college campaigns Exposure to large-scale brand activations and experiential events Dynamic fast-paced and energetic work culture Opportunity to manage events from concept to execution Interested Candidates Send your resume to komal vigorlaunchpad com Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
