Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to oversee and manage the planning and scheduling aspects of road construction projects The ideal candidate should have a strong background in highway road projects proficiency in construction planning software and proven experience in coordinating with public sector officials and departments Key Responsibilities Develop monitor and update project schedules in line with project timelines and milestones Coordinate with project managers site engineers and consultants to ensure adherence to schedules Utilize construction planning software such as Primavera P6 MS Project etc for scheduling resource allocation and progress tracking Prepare progress reports delay analyses and recovery plans as required Identify project risks potential delays and propose mitigation strategies Collaborate with design procurement and execution teams to maintain seamless workflow Coordinate and communicate effectively with public sector departments and officials for necessary approvals and project clearances Ensure compliance with project specifications safety and quality standards Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 8-10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within road highway construction projects Robust knowledge of Primavera P6 MS Project or similar construction management software Excellent understanding of project management principles cost control and resource planning Proven experience in dealing with public sector clients and government agencies Strong analytical communication and leadership skills Preferred Experience with large-scale infrastructure or government road projects Certification in project planning or project management e g PMP PSP will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 850 000 00 per year Application Question s Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Work Location In person
