Educational Qualification BE BTech in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience Experience in building construction projects residential institutional or commercial Hands-on supervision of electrical MEPF Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire HVAC and substation works Familiarity with site execution quality control and statutory compliance for all electrical and building services Technical Skills Ability to read and review electrical MEP HVAC and fire-fighting drawings Experience with joint measurements billing and certification for electrical works Knowledge of IS codes NBC CPWD standards and safety protocols relevant to electrical installations Proficiency in MS Excel working knowledge of Primavera MS Project or similar project management tools is preferred Job Type Full time Pay 10 614 85 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
