Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis of plasticizers fertilizer additives and their applications Perform wet chemical analysis with high accuracy and attention to detail Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as Gas Chromatograph GC Karl Fischer Titrator Viscometer Prepare test and evaluate samples in accordance with ASTM methods ISO standards and internal SOPs Maintain proper documentation calibration logs and test records Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality management systems Support R D and QC teams in product development troubleshooting and process optimization Participate in method development validation and improvement of analytical procedures Qualifications Experience M Sc or B Sc in Chemistry or related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in laboratory testing preferably in the chemical fertilizer or polymer additive industry Hands-on experience with analysis of plasticizers fertilizer additives and understanding of their application Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in wet analysis techniques Working knowledge of ASTM methods ISO documentation and calibration procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team with solid attention to detail Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
