Job Title Quality Manager - Manufacturing Packaging We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our manufacturing and packaging operations The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet established standards of quality safety and reliability and comply with both regulatory and customer specifications Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the company s quality management systems QMS policies and procedures Lead quality audits internal and external and coordinate corrective and preventive actions Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives Oversee inspection testing and sampling procedures ensure documentation of results Collaborate with production engineering and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes Train supervise and motivate quality control staff Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards certifications and regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing ideally in the packaging sector Solid knowledge of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001 Six Sigma or similar Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Proficient in quality management tools and software Language Hindi English Kannada Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
